On Monday, July 18, 2022, an online meeting of the vice-rector for science of Precarpathian National University, Professor Valentyna Yakubiv, took place with representatives of Australian universities.
The meeting took place within the framework of the “Twinning” program, which is aimed at establishing cooperation between Ukrainian higher education institutions and universities of other countries, the restoration and development of Ukrainian universities during the war, as well as in the long term – at the formation of partnerships and alliances for joint work and further mutual cooperation internationalization.
During the meeting, the scientific and educational potential of Ukrainian universities was presented and prospects for further cooperation were discussed, including academic exchanges of professors and students, development of scientific cooperation and joint grant projects. It was also about the organization of summer schools, double degree programs, mentoring and the possibility of supporting Ukrainian universities in the conditions of Russian military aggression.
