Among the most attractive are the joint programs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores y de Cooperacion) and the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (Agencia Espanola de Cooperacion Internacional para el Desarrollo) – MAECAECID Scholarship Programs (Programas de Becas MAEC-AECID).
