CENTRAL EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY
Central European University is a major educational project of the Open Society Institute, created by George Soros. It offers 1- and 2-year courses in a wide range of specialties and financial assistance while studying.
Specialties: Economics, Ecology and Politics, Gender Studies, History, Law, International Relations and European Studies, Media Studies, Mathematics, Philosophy, Political Science, Sociology. There is also the opportunity to study at a business school.
Grant from the Central European University (Budapest) for Eastern European scholars.
The University Educational Resource Center, with the support of the Open Society Institute, offers a ten-month grant to Eastern European scholars (including Ukraine) to develop a course for further teaching at the place of work of the candidate (s).

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM OF THE VISEGRAD FOUR
The Visegrad International Fund offers scholarships to study in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. The program also applies to Ukrainian master’s and doctoral students; the scholarship is 2500 euros per semester.
Applicants must have completed at least 4 full semesters to apply for the grant.
